§ 01 — The Practice

Three Ways In.

Manager selection, standing counsel, and the tooling your team keeps. One person delivers all three, they are never bundled, and every one of them is real estate only.

Same work, same discipline, the other side of the table.

§ 02 — The Services

One practice, three engagements.

Each one is scoped and priced on its own. Nobody is upsold into a full-service package, because there is not one.

01

The Allocator's Brief.

A single-mandate engagement. Before your first meeting you get the write-up a selection desk would have done on your fund: where you fit, who you are being measured against, what the committee will ask, and what looks thin.

Twelve weeks minimum, monthly retainer, no success fee. Three mandates across the practice at any one time, and one fund per GCC allocator per year.

02

Executive Coaching.

A standing retainer for the person carrying the allocation decision. The manager your team likes more than you do, the strategy paper going to your board, the call you cannot fully test in-house.

Six years of that work was done from inside a sovereign wealth fund, advised up to an investment committee. Billed monthly, with no fixed end and no tail.

03

AI Tooling.

One tool, built for your investment team on your data and your infrastructure. The quarterly roll-up, the screen, the check that currently takes two analysts a week.

Scoped project fee. You get the code and the documentation, and the engagement ends at handover. There is no licence and nothing to renew.

§ 03 — Fit Check

Not sure which one?

Tell me what is actually in front of you. We reply within five working days, and we will tell you if the answer is none of the three.
